About Colton Gaines

Colton Gaines was born and raised in Lebanon, Tennessee, and has deep roots in the Middle Tennessee community. He earned a degree in Accounting from Tennessee Technological University and began his career in the real estate appraisal industry in January 2022. Today, Colton resides in Wilson County with his family and serves clients throughout Middle Tennessee as a Tennessee Certified Residential Appraiser. He takes pride in providing accurate, well-supported appraisals while maintaining the professionalism and attention to detail his clients deserve.

FHA and USDA approved, Colton serves any county touching Wilson or Davidson, plus Macon and Cannon. Since 2022, he has completed more than 700 appraisals across the region.
